Email below regarding login lock-out

Dear Brian,

Thank you for your concerns. To sign out completely you need to select
register/log-in at the bottom of the page. Then on the next screen
choose to sign out completely. That will prevent you from being locked
out at home after viewing from your office. You are allowed 3 log-ins in
a hour and a half period. If u exceed those log ins you will be locked
out a hour and a half from the first time u logged in. I hope this email
addressed your concern if not please free feel to reach our Customer
Service at 1-866-800-1257

Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm (EDT)

Saturday & Sunday 12pm - 7pm (EDT)

If your browser brings up the game in a separate window you can logout before you even watch the game. Saves forgetting to do it, if you plan to watch only one game.
