Good morning AA. I have been playing baseball for a long time. I will tell you that playing the -1.5 RL on a frequent basis is bad business. I agree you should not go over -160 very often but big favorites do win a majority or else they would not be favorites. If you look at the scores every day you will see that many games are decided by one run regardless of which teams are playing the game. The reason that happens is cause when a team gets a few runs ahead they use their scrub pitchers to finish a game which allows the other team to catch up and often times it is good strategy to concede a run in order to get an out...especially late in the game. Pinnacle has a -1 RL that is a better deal cause if your team wins by only one run you get a push which is still far better than a lose.

Wouldn't all the lines/percentage be on the right hand side of the home
teams? Or did you just happen to post the odds/% on the left for those
teams? I understand the dog thing now, just wanna make sure I'm reading the sheet correctly. Thanks for your patience.

Hey ACE, gotta personal question for you that came up a few days ago...the topic of paid posters was discussed in another thread here, and I was always under the assumption that you were the one poster who is being paid to post exclusively at the RX. Wilheim has gone on record saying that the RX has no paid posters to his knowledge, but that he actually doesn't know what your situation is...so I figured I'd just ask you. Do you get paid to post exclusively at the RX?

Just wondering. Sorry if it's too personal a question. Thanks.

Cruisin......... and Greg I hope this helps you as well........I THINK the odds in blue are what the Spreadsheet figures say the line SHOULD be.........ie....The CWS are -127 but the spreadsheet sais they SHOULD be -183.....and for a dog it would be.......Cincy is -185, but the spreadsheet sais it should be Mil -149.......I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's how it works......but I'm really not sure about the %'s yet and what they mean? I know the favorites....we are looking for a % of 70% or higher, and all dogs who should be favored are a play.....

That's what I thought, but the % isn't in the same place as the White Sox. The % looks like it belongs to the Fav not the dog, thus, my question. I read it the same way you said at first, but I don't see KC as a 200+ fav vs the Angels, that's why my question.

That's exactly what I had, but the line (especially on the Angels) was so close, just wasn't sure.

Obviously you guys are not getting what I am saying, so I'll do the KC game the way I read it...........Odds in BLUE are the spreadsheet odds........Odds in ORANGE are the ACTUAL odds.....So in the KC/LAA game the SPREADSHEET sais KC should be favored by -209 (in the blue column) and the ACTUAL odds have the LAA -210 (in the ORANGE column)..........making the DOG PLAY on KC!

As far as the CWS.......it reads they are -127 ACTUAL in BLUE and the spreadsheet odds say they should be -183 in ORANGE and the percentage is in the place next to the team that has a favorable matchup!

And Det is UNDER the over 70% mark, but if you were to bet them, why bet -1- runs? Ace said no bets over 160 and this is NOT......The play would be -155 which is now down to -146 at Pinny.......

My brother just broke the QB's throwing shoulder about a week ago. He is a starting corner and since he plays in this conference, I keep track of the other teams. I know their strengths and weaknesses. i just know football. I know Kent's personell real well. I know they absolutely can not run the ball and the QB is still not very good. The defense is extremely underrated and they keep them in the games more often and naught.
