HI guys, I am in a nascar pool, where you can use a driver only once. MIS is the last race in the pool. The points you win are tripled. I am currently in 8th place.About 150 out of first. Pool pays 3 places. I am looking for a pick for MIS. Drivers i have used so far are EARNHARD JR. CARL EDWARDS KURT BUSCH JEFF GORDON MATT KENSETH TONY STEWART GREG BIFFLE KASEY KAHNE MARK MARTIN KEVIN HARVICK JEFF BURTON AND JIMMIE JOHNSON.. Any help with a pick would be appreciated.. hey kraz,...who did you end up going with?,....with all the regulars that you already used,...kinda made it a tough spot,...yet i imagine all the people ahead of you used all the same drivers also already,.....one of the drivers who wasnt on your list i thought might be worth taking a chance was: ryan newman of course i saw he lost control on his qualifying lap,......so maybee a good thing i didnt post anyone,....................he didnt hit anything,so i think he will be ok, but the guy has had alot of bad luck this year,..........well im a stewart fan,...but hope you win your contest!
kraz,...really tough spot for me to give much advice,.......im a big nascar fan,...just never have been involved in any pool/fantasy league,..............i guess if its the last race in the series,...then you would want to go way out on a limb and have someone that the people ahead of you dont have?,.........i myself would probally just go with newman,........but i remember last year mayfield won a race here,...i think it was just on gas milege though,...............there the number 5 kyle bush car,........not a fan of him,...maybee he has a chance to do ok though,................i did see a stat during qualifying though,...that a chevy hasnt won in quite a few years though,............well good luck to you in whoever you choose!,...probally will need to be a driver that no one ahead of you in the contest has though!
i remember camping out at mis,....now serious fun times,..............................gosh when they first announced they were gonna redo the pavement,....well that was a few years after i spent there,...but once that was announced,..i knew i had to get there,..............fun times and hard crashes,...it was years ago, but boy the stories will always remain,.............cant stress enough if looking for a vocation,........nascar is totally it!!! im a blue collar guy,...just love the true experience it is!!! :toast: :modemman:
