I have only been a hockey fan for about 10 years, so I can't comment on of all time. But in my era for some reason Brodeur sticks out. And Roy of course.

Oh yeah...this is why.

His 2.17 GAA is the lowest in NHL history during the modern era.

The only thing that pissed me off about Patrick was he would mentally take off way too many games. He played in so many game 7's because he would screw around until it really counted. Many times I thought all he wanted to do was play in do or die games.
