Winning, it's not just one player, probably hundreds of players.

Very true, good point.

ASKING THIS KNOWN SCALPER TO DEPOSIT MONEY TO THEM IS WHAT GETS ME? This seems damning to BOS, how do they explain this.

ALL was 100% well according to BOS before the last bet and they were begging him to play for even more money. So the pattern of 1 bet caused this. BOS can show no pattern then IMO, after BOS loses the case maybe there will be a line at IBAS.

Or simply paying the player his money in the long run as a business?

This is not a money matter to them (they could pay this very easily, obviously), they are trying to send a message to scalpers and steam chasers....I don't believe they went about it correctly but that is what is really going on here.

They're better off paying..THEN issue a clear statement calling an apple an apple...setting ANY rule they wish AHEAD of time...heck, let them post scalpers not wanted.

And if the Road Warrior says it, it must be true..

You have to wonder how much this effects their new clients that are thinking of making a deposit w/ them...I hope it hurts all the way to the bank...LOL

you know what

they accepted 7 deposits and cried foul when the guy hits a game

this whole steam bs is just that - what happens when you bet and it loses ? do they issue you a refund for those bets

if you want to be a recreational book and maintain the right to boot players say ok my maximum bet is 100 and thats all the risk we will take with you

dont spout off saying we will take 10,000 50,000 or 100,000 in action because they only way they will accept the bet is if you hit them outside of the market where they can hedge it for a profit. if the market moves they will just close your account.

all the publicly traded company stuff makes it even worse. if the market really knew how these people treated clients - do you really believe hedge funds and mum and dads would invest with them ?

you gotta be kidding me the stock would get killed.
