PINNACLE..A GARBAGE BOOK! my headache

First i was double processed TWICE on two debit dep..after three weeks and over 50 emails, of trying to get this fixed they close my acct..ALSO
HAD A PENDING WAGER, WHICH WON, IN MY ACCT AND THEY WILL NOT PAY ME!!

they have no customer serv except via email and like i said, three fcking weeks trying to fixe this then they close my acct because of undesirable business..lol

they made a error twice etc...JUST WATCH OUT..HAVE READ ON OTHER SITES of others having problems lately!..my echeck bank told me that they are getting alot of complaints/mistakes by pinnacle! alot of errors

NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO KEEP MY WINNING WAGER..UN FCKING REAL!!

THEY ARE FCKING ME AROUND..I HAD A PENDING WAGER (DALLTO WIN 6 @PH), which won and they said they will not pay me since they are clong mt acct due to undesirable business..lol

they made two errors with my debit dep and after three weeks of all this emailing back and forth, they close my acct
i even had my bank forward proof etc...they suck..no cutomer serv and they can do whatever they want..well i will fight this winning wager or will dispute my last dep because they will not pay

they have no dealing with customers at all..total run around!

like i posted above, my echack bank told me people are having problems

thegame2005: regarding the deposit problem: you menioned a "debit deposit" and "echeck".. this makes me think maybe the problem is on Citadel Commerce's end? Pinnacle uses them to process e-checks as you most likely know.. But even if it was CItadel's error, Pinny needs to get it fixed asap.

I HAVE USED BOTH METHODS..STARTED WITH ECHECKS BUT THEN WENT WITH DEBIT DEP..

WHATEVER COMPANY PINNY USED TO MAKE THOSE DEBIT DEP/WITH..IS THE PROBLEM

AND THEY HAVE THWE BALLS TO CLOSE MY ACCT; THEY MADE THE ERROR..TWICE!

Sorry you are fucking pissed about it, game. It's too bad this happened to you and has you thinking Pinnacle is a bad book because by the vast majority of accounts, mine included, Pinnacle -rarely- has -any- complaints that blow up on the forums.

As mentioned, it seems may be an error by Citadel Commerce, the fund transfer service Pinny uses. I suppose that is one of the risks pinnacle takes when the choose to accept e-checks from a third-party processor. That is, the risk the processor fucking it up, angering the client, and losing business.

As for debit deposit, did you use Insta-debit? They too another third-party fund transfer service. It sounds like you may have been the unfortunate victim of two different errors by two different services.

But, pinny needs to take repsonsibility for it and get it fixed ASAP.

And a wager grading error too? Jesus. Well that is definitely pinny's fault.. and, as evidenced by the general opinion of the forums, such errors rarely blow up in public..

Sounds like bad luck, but at least you are winning your wagers.. Most people have bad luck the other way: the can deposit all the money they want into the book but then lose their bets!

by the way, the do have a phone number you can call.. they don't like it posted in the forums though. perhaps a mod can assist you, if necessary?

THERE was a # on the SBR site; called it and that person could not help me..he told me to email..lmfao

anyways, the co pinny uses for debit dep/with is the problem..not citadel
it was my debit card..two debit dep to pinny were double processed meaning four were taken out of my debit bank acct..

after all this grief for three weeks, now they won't pay my winning wager that was pending at that time..lol..

on the SBR site..they have reviews of books..pinny has some bad ones too

I first called citadel thinking that was the problem but they told me no but did tell me that alot of people are having problems with pinny with their echecks too

pinny does not care about helping customers in fact now they closed my acct due to all this lol

That must be a frustrating situation. Things like this drive me crazy..

I wonder if they permanently closed your account or if it is temporarily frozen until they the mess sorted out.

Hope it works out for you.
