:lolBIG: :suomi: I have been but I had a bad winter again for the second straight year...I am at about 80% currently....I am interested in this ECW angle that the WWE has brought into the mix...I didn't get the PPV sunday it was just too high for what they were offering....Dmmd98 is very knowledgeable in wrestling.

Back to iron pumping, I have some minor injuries currently and I've been slowed down some, but "summertime is almost here and that ballpark man is back in gear" :suomi: You know that one?

I still get off on wrestling because it motivates me as it always has (not sure why but it does get me pumped up) Plus my daughter loves it :103631605

Thanks JMAN and im pumped over watching ECW tonight. I use to come home late at night and watch ECW on the MSG network in the middle of the night. I've missed it compared to the current wrestling scene

Yes McMahon writes the checks for ECW. Road Dog and Billy Gunn are in TNA and there is no chance there coming back since WWE just wants to focus on the old school DX

and what happens with the belts, now that van damme is taking Cena's belt to ECW and it becomes the ECW belt..

No its not the Undertake classic Kane has been played by a young wrestler who's name escape me at the moment however its clear he wears lifts in his shoes to make him look at tall as Kane.

I have no clue what is bound to happen with the WWE belt its one of the things I am looking forward to seeing down the road cause I really don't know yet how WWE is going to handle moving ECW and its belt away from RAW. (To be honest I don't think WWE has figured out 100% what its going to do either)

Oh by the way if you think im half decent at sports trivia i'd smoke Wrestling trivia. If there was a World Series of Wrestling Trivia i'd make the final table. If there was a World Series of 80's music trivia i'd win the damn thing. Sports trivia im alright however.

no, i havent seen him? heard he was a stiff...

i think it was Taker in the Cain suit... maybe dmnd can answer that one..

i use to be really into wrestling. but have lost touch...... old school 70's and 80's... remember watching MSG on the dish in early 80's, before many people had them...

always liked Scott Hall, when he was in the NWO..

I am 100% positive its not the Undertaker just trust me on that one. Scott Hall was cool. I liked him way back in the AWA when he use to tag with Curt Henning and his survey's in WCW cracked me up

machismo, man...

didnt he wear furry boots in the old AWA and have a sort of Magnum PI, look about him..

speaking of Magnum PI, what about Magnum TA, now that was a career cut way toos short.. would have been a top notch star for many years..

Yes he came up as Mean Mark Callas in Dallas before moving up to the WWF. Abdullah the butcher still wrestles if you can call it that he is 60+ and can't do much and has a restaurant in the Atlanta area I believe. He too use to scare me as I really believed he would wanna kill someone. I remember watching tapes of him wrestling in the Montreal area and he'd be all bloodied up and just using the fork on the head of the likes of Jimmy Garvin.

The fake Kane is a wrestler from OVW(Ohio Valley wrestling, WWE minor league) named Freakin Deacon. His call up to The Show was expected. While I wouldn't count on seein Road Dog or Billy Gunn both are on only short term deals with TNA. I would expect maybe Shawn Waltman(X-Pac) to be first back. He currently has a small deal with CMLL in Mexico and Society X which is a MTV owned wrestling orginization waiting to be packaged for TV.
ECW will get a huge push from the McMahon family. Always to remember that Stephanie McMahon has power over all writers and this includes Paul Heyman and ECW. Will we see burning tables and thumbtacks. YEP! Will we see real barb wire? Yep. Now will we see C4 explosion and bed of nails and box of broken glass matches? NO, just too over the top for any network.
I would say in the near future we see the disbanding of the Smackdown brand and it will be all WWE and ECW. Currently ECW will be runnin house shows in places that seat no more than 2500 people. Mostly under the 1500 people unless people demand it. I'll look for Jeff Hardy to jump from TNA and join his brother to take on the tag titles in ECW. Rhino is a big NO for ECW as he has inked a long term with TNA. While it's not out of the question, my money is that we'll see the DUDLEY BOYZ back sooner than later. And where is the Queen of Extreme Francine? Tune in tonight and find out.
