as long as Wade is on the court Miami has a chance.
We still had a ton of stupid turnovers tonight...
Miami fastbreak, Wade gets caught in mid-jump trying to pass???
Missed layups still
free throws of course, although shaq was making them tonight
I think we had almost 20 turnovers at least
We can still play better
but big game for shaq
wade stepped up as he had to..believe it or not....wade has to shoot more from the outside....keep these fools honest...
nonetheless...miami played well tonight and barely won...
but ill take 3 more "barely" wins vs. dallas this post-season
The Heat have to look at this as one game at a time, instead of having to win 4 out of 5. They just got one game, now they need to focus on winning game 4 in Miami. I am telling you that the AAA was the loudest that it has ever been. That is a huge advantage for the Heat and I do think that it played a difference in the game tonight.
Like you said, as long as the Heat have Shaq and especially D Wade, they will always have a chance. We have still yet to see a great game from Shaq. He looked great to start the game, but only regressed from there. However, I am still expecting him to put up a monster game soon.
The Heat need to cut down on the unforced turnovers and need to maximize every possesion. I feel that for the most part the Heat can get a good shot every time down. They need to stop the possesions where J Will just comes down and launches a deep jumper with tons of time still left on the shot clock. Heat also need to be a little more agressive in taking shots. They were called for several 3 second calls tonight because the Heat perimeter players were passing on shots. Another big thing the Heat need to improve on is their FT shooting.
I still think that we are due to see a game where both Shaq and Wade have great games, the Heat cut down on turnovers, and the Heat make FT's. If they put this game together on Thursday, we will be looking at a tied series.
