Mets-Philly The mets send Steve Trachsel to the mound to face Corey Lidle in a day game that is really important to the Phillies. Trachsel is 3-4 with a 4.70 era while Lidle is 4-5 with a 4.68 era. The Mets have won 7 in a row while Philly is losers of 5 of last 6. Trachsel's last 4 games has struggled some with 1 win and 3 no decisions while giving up 16 runs in 23 innings. Lidle on the other hand has given up 12 runs in his last 24 innings and this is a BIG game for the Phillies because they are 9 games behind the Mets now and a loss puts them down 10 and that is tough mentally to overcome so for me I will play PHILLY PICKEM 3 UNITS
Hou-Cubs Nieve gets the start for the Astros against Carlos Zambrano and the Cubs. Nieve won his last start, but prior to that he hadn't won in almost 6 weeks. He has struggled while Zambrano has been fantastic the last 6 weeks! He has won 5 of his last 7 starts with 1 no decision and add in a 1-0 loss and a 2-1 loss, so he has been DOMINATING lately and only needs a little run support to win. He has given up 10 runs in his last 7 games and even though they lost last night I think they get a few runs against the Houston staff and with Zambrano being so strong the play is CUBS-65 4 UNITS
Balt-Tor Baltimore sends Daniel Cabrera to try and end a 2 game losing streak against division rival Toronto which sends Ted Lilly to counter. Both teams are struggeling some as both are 4-6 in their last 10 games.Cabrera is capable of pitching a gem. He is 4-2 with a 4.13 era while Lilly is 5-7 with a 4.46 era. Cabrera is hot winning his last 2 while Lilly has pitched well but came up short due to lack of run support. The key may end up being if the roof is open because when it is open there is a JET STREAM BLOWING OUT and usually lots of runs are scored and sometimes Cabrera is his worst enemy as he can be wild and I have a strong GUT feeling that those factors will come in to play so for me I will be playing the TORONTO-30 5 UNITS 1 unit on OVER:toast: :thumbsup2: :money: AS ALWAYS BOL TO ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
