If a sportsbook (to remain nameless for a minute) is so stupid as to post a game 5 prop on OV/UN points for Jerry Stackhouse without saying (player must play for action) as they typically do with such props, are they justified in cancelling and refunding the bet?

bad line rule will apply & bet could be cancelled

Intertops was the book, and they did refund the bet. Is this worth fighting?

no, it is a bad line, & they probably have "player must start" in their rules somewhere.
