CWS: 2-4 (+0.43 units)
WC: 9-2-2 (+6.55 units)
MLB 1H: 107-160 (-27.64 units) (system plays)
MLB 2H: 2-1 (+7.26 units) (handicapped plays)

Play for monday: June 19

World Cup: Switzerland -1 (-1.45) 1.45 units to win 1.00

CWS: Georgia (+2.00) .50 to win 1.00
Mia/Rice over 12 (-1.05) 1.05 to win 1.00

pending: UNC to win it all.. .50 to win 4.38

MLB for monday: June 19

Lets look at the games.. and remember, i am looking for the best play, almost handicapping one sided... as im looking for the best, small, home favorite..

AZ/Pitt: i have a definitie lean on duke and the pirates here but since im highly selective, i cant just throw my money out there.. price is a little high on duke as well.. Pitt much better at home..... at gunpoint, id take the pirates but im not at gunpoint, so ill pass.. Lean Pirates..

Cinn/Mets: Cinn much better road team than home team, and they have their stud going in this one.. definately a lean to the reds here but im not looking for a road dog, so ill pass... Lean Reds..

Cubs/Clev: i think you will see the money roll in on the tribe in this one but i cant back johnson with my cash, as he has looked bad in his last 3 outings and the price is high at (-1.54)... no way id back the cubs with Fish's money.. Cubs really stink on the road, but they stink at home also. definite lean to Tribe but not at this price, ill pass... Lean Indians.

Det/Mil: easy pass here, as detroit has been great, especially on road. Milwaukee is a tough home team.. id rate this one a toss up and if pressed for a posistion, id back the tigers. but i dont do road favorites, so ill pass. Lean Tigers but ever so slightly.

LAA/SF: what can i say here, very slight lean to giants but not no where close to backing them. Cain's ERA is over 6 in his last 3 starts. Pirates swept them in their last homestand.. 2-6 in their last 8... man i want a hot team, to lay the money on... no thanks here.. dont see how anyone could bet this one.. slight lean to giants.

NYY/Phil: Phil 16-21 at home, Myers ERA over 10 in his last 3 starts. phil cold as ice right now, no way to back them here.. slight lean to yanks..

Oak/Col: Play oakland until they lose, enough said.. dont dick around with them, they could win 20 in a row... but since i dont play road favorites, ill pass but for you action junkies, oakland is your team.. Strong lean A's

This leaves us with our selection and its a very small play..

Boston (-1.25) $250 to win $200... good home team, heck good team overall,,,,,,,, 20-7 in last 27 interleague games.... 47-20 in last 67 home games.. Ill be flat out honest with you, i hope we can just outscore them. Nationals have been cold over the last 10 and are under .500 on road. Armas has been roughed up lately (over 6 era in last 3)... but we got the kid (synder) going in this one.. Im willing to risk a couple hundred on this one, which is about half of what i like to bet... dont like mondays card at all but will take a small shot with the Redsox...

best of luck..

First, let me say that I am glad that you are back to this particular way of doing things. I believe it works and will benefit you and us that watch for your posts. Good luck.

Also, it looks that the Boston weather should not be so bad with (as of now and things change) only a 30% of storms during the game time slot.

Good luck and I appreciate your plays and your methodology. tulsa

thx Tulsa, dont know why i ever got off track... i had an amazing run from nov 29-feb 26, betting basically one game per day,, was hitting 65% ATS vs a (-1.10) spread, then i faltered and fell under 60% (big deal) and about that same time, conference tourneys started and the MLB season and before i knew it, i was playing multiple games and trying multiple systems... just one of them things i guess..

and to beat all, what helped me get back on track (more than anything else) was World Cup Soccer... suddenly i found myself going back to a very selective handicapping approach and bam ---- now all is good again. 10-2-2 (+7.55 units) now in the WC, with a switzerland win today..

appreciate the weather info, i had heard rain today in boston..

How can you back this guy who was waived by the triple A Royals? Nats coming off two inspirational wins vs Yanks and Armas pretty good on the road. Regardless GL and love your writeups.:103631605

in no way was the play on synder, i even mentioned that the redsox need to simply outscore them, when i said that, i was referring to a high scoring game..

notice i didnt play them for a nickel either, merely a 2 dollar wager, which for me is small in MLB....

without taking a road favorite, it was the only play that came close,,,,,, its 3-2 nationals in bottom of 4th as i write this.. so things are going ok...... synder has given up 2 dingers but has stayed away from the big inning.. and as for armas, look at his last 3 outings, the era is over 6... not exactly lights out..

lets see how it plays out...

when i handicap, i play very few plays, this keeps me out of the big disaster nights, which do so much damage to a players psyche..

best of luck...
