I think one of the more popular wagers while scouring the forums today was the Boston Red Sox over the Atlanta Braves. Now with both Schilling and Smoltz throwing for their respective teams, unless Red Sox bettors were counting on Schilling going the distance, what could they have been thinking when they wagered their hard earned cash? Surely and I mean surely they weren't counting on the Boston pigpen. I mean it's no secret that the Boston pigpen is the absolute shit and sure enough, they produced as scheduled in coughing up a 3-2 Red Sox lead to allow the Braves to go ahead 5-3 in the 7th inning. As I said, what could the numerous Bosox bettors have been possibly thinking?
