FWIW, the per capita income in TOGO is under $1,000 a year.

The TOGO players want $200,000 each for their WORLD CUP appearance.

The togo players earned 200k for making it to the world cup. The Togo FA gets about 9 million from Fifa for making it to the world cup and the players basically want there fair share that every other country gets.
