problem with Sports Interaction

I made a deposit into my sportsbook account and won a 260$ proposition bet. The same baseball proposition bet I’ve been playing and losing at sports interaction all summer. Then on a whim I decided to play a little poker I won 27 dollars and transferred back to my sportsbook account. This morning I made a withdrawal request. When the money didn’t show up in my neteller account I called and was told all money transferred to and from the poker room has a 4 day hold on it. I explained that I was just trying it out and if they look at my account they would see I play the same thing almost every day (most of the time losing). Is this a normal policy, and if so shouldn’t there be a disclaimer saying so on their transfer page?

that's not good, should transfer back and forth easily with no holds. I think this book is sliding downhill lately. SBR reported some management quit awhile back.

Seems like a crazy rule , wonder what would be the reason, especially over 27 dollars...just sit tight for 4 days...whatever you do don't let it ride before then.

They most likely want to review your poker play to confirm that there isn't any collaboration going on. Then again, it's SIA....anything is possible (but I wouldn't consider 4 days a long time to get paid there).

It seems lke a BS way to hold my $ for 4 more days>

True, but that comes with playing at SIA. Real BS would be holding it for 4-6 weeks for a full "security review" like they have done in the past-as recently as last year, I believe.

For that matter, I'm not 100% sure that they've eliminated it-but I haven't heard of anyone being stuck in it lately.

Doug, I made a neteller withdrawal Friday. First withdrawal since football season. Money was in neteller on Monday. They did not ask for the ID. As most of us know that is a lightning fast payout for SIA.

They did it to me last year and I had no problems once the 4 days was up.

SIA just cut my limits in half. They told me that I had not played any parlays. had these limits for 4 years and never a complaint. I guess they did a check of my acct and decided I had won enough. I guess 500 is enough for the NFL. LT:monsters-

I'm speechless......that's a new one for me.

WTF??? You should have asked what a parlay was

TT, I told them that I did not play parlays. I also told them that I had defended them on the RX and they asked what was the RX. They just don't care. Oh well, what are you going to do. It was great while it lasted. LT:103631605 :toast:

That's good ! I hope they gave up the SSN thing and aren't using it selectively. I've suspected them of dicking people around that they want to discourage from playing there, before the actual boot.

I never heard of LT's limit cut... thought it was full limits or da boot.

Is SIA really this bad? I raped their casino bonus to the tune of $200+ and wondering if it's worth transferring to the sportsbook or whether I should just withdraw and pray!

They have always paid, there was a problem some time back about a tennis future being paid at a lower price. Good NFL dog lines, but if the SSN thing bothers you, be prepared to give it. The poker thing is dumb. A "C" type book.

They used to be the worst around on the CS front & "security audits", but they may be creeping towards the average category now.

A lot of it depends on whether or not you realize what you're getting into when you play SIA's #'s. I know people who it usually takes 7-14 days to get paid there & they don't have any problem with it.

If you're used to top notch CS & prompt payouts-don't even think about it.

Here's the worst they ever did to me. Several year's ago I bet an early round NHL playoff series, took dog like +550, they won. SIA said no pay until Stanley cup winner decided...WTF ? It took maybe a week to get them to understand who won the cup had nothing to do with my winning series bet.

I think they are getting worse not better since some key guys left. I'd leave them alone for now.
