World Cup knockout round question

How does the betting work for this? Checking out Pinnacle's lines they have draws listed. When do the draws come into play? If it is tied at the end of regulation or if it is tied going into penalty kicks?

They have Mexico +925 in their 3 way line and then Mexico to advance at +560. How does this work?

Draws are 90 mins only unless explicitely stated otherwise.
Mexico to advance inlcudes OT win & penalties, Mexico 925 is 90 mins only.

PS: 1/8's is a very good time to start betting the outright market....

All lines are 90 minutes {which includes injury time after
the 90 minutes are done} unless they say otherwise,
e.g. "to advance". The "to advance" wager includes
OT and, if necessary, penalty kicks {which is like an
NHL regular season shootout}.
