if these 2 teams were to send out 'average' pitchers tomorrow i would set the total at about 8o-116.
tomorrow we have Carpenter vs. Verlander and the total is 8o-116.
i feel this total is way off (i dont think this will be a 'square play' though) and see this being a very low scoring game. this may be inflated by the 33 runs the Cards gave up the past 2 days but Comerica park is a great place for a pitchers duel.
