I admit I know nothing about american football but happened to see the line on the abobe game as BC -1.5. Surely this must be wrong. I saw the game last week and Vancouver crushed them and the winning margin flattered Sask as the starting QB of BC was pulled last quarter. jason Claremont is injured admittedly but BC could easily win this by 20+ No way Sask could ever win this by more than 7. that alone tells me this should be more than a 3 point spread and closer to 7 IMO.

Any CFL experts out there with any opinions.

Sask is a different club at home the past few years. 9-3 ATS last 12 at home and they've covered in 8 of the last 9 at home vs. the Lions. If that translates to a better effort at home, we'll see. They definitely looked outmatched last week, so the line does leap off the page.

The 2 CFL cappers I respect most (sharky99 and AFLGuru) are both on Sask, I'm getting on them as well.

It might seem square but BC looked too good for Sask to turn things round in a week even at home and BC seems to show their best form early season whilst sask gets better as season progresses so I'm sticking to BC -1.5. Seems like charity to me but hey what do i know.

You're reading far too much from one game. These teams are relatively even. BC may have the edge offensively with Dickenson but Saskatchewan possesses a better defense.

You should note Saskatchewan is integrating a new QB and top WR into the mix (acquired in the dispersal draft) so its expected they would struggle early. I also noticed they appear to have changed their offensive philosophy completely hardly ever running the ball last week.

Anywho BC plays better in that dome and Saskatchewan is a good home team.

I agree with you that overall the teams are relatively even but BC seemed to know what they were doing as a unit whereas Sask didn't and i can't see how they change that in a week. If this were a week 10 game I wouldn't be saying this. Anyway we pays our money and takes our chance.
