Guys here are Trace Adam's for the day:

Trace Adams 500*s - Cincinnati w/Arroyo, Cubs w/Prior, Seattle w/Moyer Bronson Arroyo was on form last time out, pitching the Reds to a complete game win, and I like him to continue his winning ways today at the Jake.

With last night's victory, Cinicinnati is now 22-15 on the road this year, with Arroyo owning 5 of those road wins against just 2 road losses.

The Indians have dropped their last pair, and 6 of their last 7, and while we are being asked to lay some road juice, this price is very reasonable considering Paul Byrd owns a home ERA of 5.75.

Look for the Reds to make it 2 for 2 this weekend at Jacobs Field with the victory tonight.

Roll with the Reds.

500♦ - Cincinnati w/Arroyo

This Minnesota Twins team is definitely playing better baseball than the Chicago Cubs right now, but not so sure I want to put my trust in Boof Bonser to continue the winning tonight.

Bonser has allowed 12 runs in 15 innings of work this month for an 0-1 mark. Mark Prior may still be finding his way back to some semblence of form, and he did get rocked by the Tigers in his first start back in the rotation, I just get the feeling Prior will last a little longer, and pitch a little stronger this time out.

At a near pick, I will back the Cubs to even the weekend series with the win.

500♦ - Cubs w/Prior

Finally, after winding up on the shortside off a 2-1, 10-inning loss last night at Petco, look for the Mariners to get back in the win column with Jamie Moyer on the bump.

Moyer may be just 1-1 his last 2 times to the hill, but the crafty-lefty has only allowed 3 runs over his last 14 innings of work, and should be able to keep the anemic Padres attack in check.

Chan Ho Park will counter, and while he has won his last pair of starts, Park did get roped in his May start at Safeco, allowing 10 runs in just 5 innings of work, as the M's swept 3 off the Fathers in the first set of 3 interleague meetings.

San Diego won last night in extras, but they won't win tonight as Seattle gets back into the win column.

500♦ - Seattle w/Moyer

SATURDAY

40 DIME

Brewers

10 DIME

Marlins

Padres

Brewers

Alright, after losing 3 out of 4 at home to the Tigers, the Brewers finally have a team they know they can pound and that team is the Kansas City Royals. They pounded them last night 7-2 by jumping out to a 5-1 lead by scoring 3 in the top of the 1st. Now they send Davis to the hill who comes off 7 shutout innings at home against a red hot Tigers team. All told, he has allowed just 6 runs over his last 3 starts spanning 20 innings. He shook off his road demons with a road win in Cincy going 6 innings allowing 3 earned. Duckworth is schedule to go for the Brewers but this game is more about the Milwaukee offense and Davis staying hot than anything KC is going to do. My play is on the Brewers to rough up the Royals today. KCity shows you once again who the worst team in baseball is. Milwaukee wins big

Marlins

This kid Johnson has done nothing but dominate the big leagues since he came on the scene. I am talking about 5-2 with an ERA of 1.63. In his last 3 starts, how strong is back to back 6 inning efforts allowing just 1 run and prior to that, 7 shutout innings in a loss. Go figure that one out. I have said Chacon is a bum in every since of the word. He was terrible in Colorado and that is exactly what he will turn out to be here in New York when all is said and done. His last start, 6 runs in 4 innings at Washington and he has now been hit for 16 runs his last 10 innings. Marlins get the win here behind another huge effort by Johnson. This is a dog price I just can't pass up. Marlins.

Padres

I really like what Chan Ho Park has shown me lately. He comes off 2 wins in a row beating the Angels and the Dodgers and in his last 5 starts versus the Mariners, 3-1 including 2 shutouts. He has an impressive home era of 3.10 and bottom line is he is flat out tough in this stadium. Jamie Moyer lost his last start to the Padres and I can't think of a better junk hitting team than San Diego at home. Padres are the play here at home at a great price.

So, this Brandon Lang is kicking ass, eh? Nice. He really did his 40 dimes a favor today and I hope he keeps it up. There is only so much money in the world and it helps us all out when it moves around really quickly from here to there and in between.... tulsa
