Really doesnt look too impressive if you ask me! Nice ERA and nice K/walk ratio! But is he ready for the YANKEES???

Scouting Report: Sanchez was raised around a lot of pro players while growing up in Venezuela. Throws a two-seam and a four-seam fastball that tops out in the mid-90s with excellent control. Also throws an excellent deceptive changeup and a consistently improving curve. Good confidence and poise on the mound. Previously experienced nerve problems in his throwing arm, which he has seemingly now fully recovered from. Learned English quickly. Front-of-the rotation potential.

He was involved in this famous trade:

Traded to Florida with Jesus Delgado, Harvey Garcia, and Hanley Ramirez for Josh Beckett, Guillermo Mota, and Mike Lowell (Nov. 2005)

Now, I am not exactly sold on Shawn Chacon. But at times this year he has looked great. His last 3 outings have been poor, but before that he was on a nice streak. He had 6 outings in a row where he only gave up 1 run, although one of those outings was out of the bullpen. And of course we are talking about the MARLINS HERE!!!!

Not too many good trends for this one, but oh well. These trends dont take into the first game that the Yankees won.
