Like Miner here and Leyland keeps his teams playing at a solid level. Astros should have an emotional letdown after rematch series with White Sox.

Anyone else notice the low line of 7.5 in the FLA/TB game? I realize both starters are young guns, but the bullpens could let that go over easily. (seeing how every bullpen seems to give up every big lead late in games, cough*Isringhausen*cough)

That's the first thing that crossed my mind when I saw the total.....both teams have been going under in IL play.....maybe the HP ump will add a little more insight....That wont be released until tomorrow i'm sure. Both pitchers have pretty low ERAs....could easily be a 3-2 game

What kind of letdown? The Tigers know now that the Whitesox can be beat! Example tonight getting their asses handed to them by the Astros. I think the Tigers are better than the Whitesox and win the Central now that the Whitesox cant keep up with them. And the distraction with Ozzie calling the guy in the Newspaper a homo!

My thought is that Fla is coming off a day/night double header in NY and then traveling to Florida for a game. Catching +136 is too good to pass up.

I never bet a 5 inning play until yesterday and they both hit, so I will make a small one today. Still new at the nuiances of betting the 5 inning line. so will be conservative with the $ amount.
Like Maddux and Cubs for the 1st 5 innings getting the juice.
