Summer Here And Its Time To Goof Off .....right....only One Catch...its Not Goofing Off If You Take It Too Seriously!!!
Anytime You Exhaust Yourself Trying To Relax= Active Leisure...
Attending Wedding....going Camping....making Sure We Ride The Roller Coaster No Matter How Long The Line Is..
We Are Soooo Active In Our Leisure That We Need A Vacation From Our Vacation....we Leave Home Tired...we Come Back Exhausted.
The Best Time I Every Had Was When I When To A Friend Home 10 Min's Away (not 4 Hours)....and Laid In The Sun All Day....watching The Sun Go Down And Just Sit Back And Relax With A Few Friends......we All Need This From Time To Time....life Is To Fast At Time

We have been conditioned to believe that we must work/be active/do things to justify our existence.

When we relax, a little voice from inside tells us we are wasting our time, that we should be doing something worthwhile.

It's hard to believe that it's truly ok to do nothing, at least for a while.

Yet relaxation is just as essential for good health as exercise and proper food.

Here's to taking it easy.
