I looked at their and they are very vague as to who pays payout and deposit transfer fees. I'm not somebody who moves money around alot but expect at least one free payou per month as others due. Do they have this? Anybody that can illuminate this would be appreciated.

maybe you're referring to how the the prices being offered tend to follow near to regular books lines..?
However anyone likes to look at it this book (and exchanges in general) have some of (if not usually, or nearly always) the best prices out there.

Doug said:Would this work ? You have a dead pick baseball game ( -104 Pinny), you offer $1,000 on both sides at -102, and it's all taken. You win $1020 on one side, lose $1,000 on the other side for a net win of $20. So you only pay 40 cents to MB and your money is freed up as soon as your offers are taken ( before game starts) so you can do it again ? You would in effect pay almost nothing... 40 cents on the 1k winner.
