Having a difficult time with this one on the side, so looked to the total. Hence,

Ted, I am on the Under 2...... I loaded up at Under 2 -116 at Mansion, then bought back at Over 2 +120.....

the result is I have a 1 unit play on under 2 +100 with the low vig due to the scalp....

fully expect the troubled French to stick to defence & go back to basics....

0-0 at +600 is also tempting

Good going. I have found that in the Round of 16, when the two teams are fairly equal, the scores have been low, like 1-0, as both teams are careful with possession and they play more defense rather then be too agressive and leave themselves open for counter attack. Just think these two fall into that category and there may be a long feeling out period in first half. We'll see if that trend continues here.

Oh yea, it's been that way for a couple World Cups now. Don't see many high scoring games, mainly 1-0 or 1-1 games.

Spain will line up 4-3-3 with Raul joining Fernando Torres and David Villa in attack.

Zidane will start and France will line-up in a 4-2-3-1 formation with Thierry Henry starting as the lone striker.

Spain is looking to attack, attack, attack.

Wow offensive minded for Spain.

Henry as the lone striker reminds me of England using Rooney the same way and couldn't score. Beckman with the free kick wins it 1-0. France deciding to play defense to clog and stop the Spanish attack.

Some hatred between these two teams. France is the old. Spain in the new. Spain has never beaten France if I'm not mistaken.

A place in the quarter-finals awaits the winners of Tuesday’s tantalising Round of 16 ties, with Africa’s last surviving representatives Ghana taking on reigning champions Brazil in the day’s first game. As FIFA World Cup™ new boys, the Black Stars will be playing without the same burden of expectation as their illustrious opponents, or indeed old rivals France and Spain, who meet for the first time on world football’s biggest stage in the evening game in Hanover.

Also the Spain coach made racist comments about Henry (the French centre forward) last year.

There should be a real edge to this one. Sadly in modern soccer that probably means lots of faking and diving to get opponents sent off, lol.

If France puts in the Phenom from Punjab, they'll score a goal today. That's my top-notch analysis.

Also, France hasn't played a full game of good soccer yet...but they've shown flashes. Today might be the game where they finally put together 90 minutes of great soccer.
