5Dimes Sportsbook Bonus Program absolutely blows..Especially their say one thing do

I have never had so much trouble trying to understand someone...

When I initially created my account I asked IN DEPTH about deposits, and the bonuses.....The way it was worded to me, was that you reload, you have to ask for the bonus, and then it is available right away

After the deposit, I inquire about it...and then I am told that you need to wager 5X the deposit, before you "earn your reward"....Then I am given a link to their bonus policy....

ok great...Upon reading it...it STILL is not CLEAR about how it works...Earning your reward could easily mean being able to withdraw the bonus only after rolling it over 5x like MOST ANY BOOKS I've ever been a part of.....Would it really kill them to make it absolutely clear on live chat, and their rules that: No Bonus Funds will be added to your account until you wager 5x your reload deposit.....

It may be obvious for people that have been with them for 2-3 years...but for new customers...and especially the way THEY THEMSELVES tell you on chat....it's a head spinner

Completely agree. Their bonus system is so screwed up you can call them and talk to ten different people and you'll get ten different answers concerning their bonus program. They're a solid book with a huge betting menu and I like betting there but their bonus system needs a complete overhaul.

The supervisor I spoke with said ALL their reps know the policy well....Obviously not....

Its the whole way they word it as well
Is it really that hard to say "No Bonus Funds will be given to you until you meet a rollover of 5x your deposit"

Why use all these terms that are so ambigious....especially to NEWER clients.....People who have been there for a while and went through this will obviously know the policy a lot better

agree. I've beat this book pretty good so I never get bonuses, but I remember it being difficult when I started with them.

Pretty much agree. Another clause that threw for a loop is that after you've earned the bonus, I was told there is a 30 day hold on your winnings! WTF I had to play just to earned the match play bonus and now you're going to hold my money hostage for 30 days! When I play there I don't even take a bonus now. Also what's up with their weird free withdrawals on Monday request must be made between 9 am - 1pm BS. They know damn well most people are at work and sometimes can't get free on a Monday of all days to request a payout so I'm always prepared to pay the $15 just to get my money out of there.

I never get Bonus's either, but when I 1st started a few years ago I think I only got 1 bonus and they had the same crazy rules. I just never ask for a Bonus to save myself from the hassle.

But I agree they do tell you 10 different things, and they never give you the right answer.

Had a problem on Sunday w/ a wager. I used my sidekick to place a wager over the internet, I placed 3 straight wagers on the Soccer match, after placing the $$ amounts I hit confirm on the wager screen and it kicks me back to the wager page and says that I must replace the wager...so I did..checked my balance a few minutes later and the system took both wagers tickets..6 bets (3 on the same thing) . I call bookmaking and explain the problem and the lady says that we will cancel the 1st wager, so I am like ok this is good. Check my balance 20 min later and they only canceled 1 wager off the 1st ticket which means that I have 2 wagers pending from the 1st ticket and 3 wagers on the 2nd ticket. I call back and talk to Lucy in CS and she said that she will listen to the tape to make sure. 3 days later and no email or call to tell me what happened. I like 5dimes but their people that answer the phone are clueless sometimes...JMO

Do it Sun night and call them, say process on Mon.

Don't tell them that it is crazy
According to them it is quite the industry policy

There are so many loops in their policy I just gave up..It wasn't even a matter of getting the bonus at that point....It was more to tell them how screwed up it was and to please make it more clear

I don't take their bonus because they blows They are a great book but their bonuses are bullshit.

If you want to have a rollover requirement, fine. But their 30 day rule is crazy.

I may be the only one, but when I signed up, I read the rules, and they seemed very clear to me. I got up real quick, and they let me take out my winnings above my deposit without forfeiting the bonus. Maybe the rules are worded differently now, but I understood them 2 years ago. I absolutely love this book, it is in my top 3. The one complaint I have is the Monday morning free payout 4 hour window. That is bullshit.

They should have a checkbox on WD form for process on Mon.

Doug- I took a payout on Sunday morning. I got on chat and asked if there was any way I could put in a withdrawal, but not have it processed until the free time on Monday. They said no. I'm also on the no future bonuses list. Seems I can't lose there.

Agree with Illini,
Never had a problem with them, if you read the rules. I haven't been eligible for a bonus in some time with them because I am at plus lifetime.
They should NOT be your only out come football season or March Madness, due to the slowness during peak periods. For a frequent obscure sport bettor like me, they are a must out.

They've done it for me before. Maybe if you wait until midnite ? I don't know if they pay 24-7, so that might delay it until the morning.

When I joined they didn't have that moronic 30 day rule after earning and playing a matchplay bonus rule so reading the rules when I joined wouldn't do squat. The books have the right to change the rules when they want to.

I don't remember a 30 day rule either. 5D is subject to brain farts, but a good book overall. There was a recent issue with a prop on golf cut that they wound up paying both sides on.

They paid both ends of this ( classy) after screwing up the grading.

I wagered on US open cut score Under 149 1/2 at 5 Dime.
Cut was 149 ,so I thought I won. However they claimed I lost.
Because cut was 150.They said Cut score was the first person' score who miss the cut.This is a rediculous wording to me. I checked some sites follow the golf and cut means last person`s score who made cut as I thought.I did not check the wording before I bet and they did not show the rule about it on their web. However I felt I was conned.Is there any way to resolve this matter?
