I've been watching the Cardinals game and invested emotional time into it and then I found out that I never actually placed the Under bet. It seems like this always happens on bets that end up winning. Never forget to make those bets that end up losing :smoking: .

Been there more than once. When that happens I blame it on the book for erasing a winner.

A few years ago a friend at work was really good at football betting. Told me he quit betting but told me to parlay 4 dogs outright for him, and gave me $40. It was Christmas time and I was going out of town. I placed the bet before I left town, and forgot I had. On the way back to Atlanta my car broke down on Sunday. Had no phone # to my sportsbook, no computer and had to stay overnight at a motel. All 4 games won, and I was thinking what a waste. When I got back home I saw my account had over $500 more than it did when I left town.

Two times I was at the confirmation screen and I logged out instead of confirming (by mistake). Both times ended up saving me money though!

Using Mansion? They've got a real ugly setup and it's hard to follow bets after placing them. I checked all my bets for the day and they all were settled, then an hour later I see $50 more in my account because another bet settled.

4 dogs outright only paid 12.5-1?

I didnt play them outright. I didn't even think the dogs would cover, but I was a rookie. He was still happy with the $500

VIPSports... they used to have a logoff button right next to the "next" screen button... it was brutal.

If you play at BOS then you never know if you have a wager or not. If you lose it counts, if it wins then you have to sweat out if they will pay you or not.
