Lets make a list of the worst bull pens to the best, this could benefit us all in betting sides and totals. If possible list the pitcher's in question and reasons........I start this due to watching the Cards bull pen implode tonight to cost Carpenter the lead late in the 8th and even though I have no money on that game I realize some probably did and once again a bull pen blows another game.

Story of the year, blown saves. Top closers also, Street, Wagner, Gordon.

It seems when I need the pen it implodes, bit my side can't overcome a 1 run lead for 5 innings...........that's just my year though.

Add CWS Bobby Jenks to the top closers list.

Atlanta Braves have one of the worst bullpen's in baseball.

What a good thread this could be, Cards pen blows the lead and then the Indians pen (Wickman) gives it right back to the Cards for the win.

In my opinion this is one of the main reasons GREAT cappers this year are having losing seasons, the pens are so unpredictable.

The best bullpen in baseball is San Diego. They have the lowest ERA. Hoffman is 19-20 in save opps and the 1 he blew was on a Greene error. Linebrink is $$$ in the 7th and 8th.

with san diego it is just a question mark with the starting pitcher can they get the ball to their great bullpen with the lead if they can do that they are pretty solid but the starting pitching is just the same as most of these otheer bullpens very unpredictable

Starters are coming around. Chris Young deserves an All-star appearance. Peavy is OVERDUE to start throwing like the ace we know he is. Chan Ho Park is actually pitching pretty well minus a bad start or two he had. Woody Williams was Pads' best pitcher before he got hurt and went on DL. He is due back Sat. Hensley SUCKS on the road but is above avg at home. Mike Thompson will be back in AAA when Williams comes back.
