LOL Hell no. I can't imagine going on vacation without gambling. Hell our honeymoon we went to LV. Good thing for me the wife also likes to gamble. 1 of our first dates we ended up at an Indian casino. lol I knew she was a keeper when she wanted to keep playing.

I just spent 5 days at a cottage with no phone, internet or anything.... it was nice, but not easy.

When I go to cottages in the countryside (my favoured destination), I usually choose those with internet access, but I don't do any work or gambling stuff whilst I'm there... I do like Internet access to keep up with people, news, email, TV shows etc..

Never a problem. It's real easy when camping in the mountains or the lake.

Went to Jackson Hole, WY last year and didn't even think about it, and it was the most refreshing week I have ever had. I came back ready to roll again. I think you need that break as a gambler, especially now during the slowest season.

There were days in November when you had: college football, pro football, NBA, NHL, College Hoops, and European Soccer all at the same time.

how are you supposed to pay for your vacation if you can't gamble while you are there?

I can't get out of this town enough to get away from it. The reactions of the tourists when they first get into the airport drives me nuts, they stand and gawk at everything and block passageways doing it. Its a frickin slot machine people!

Then again when I am on the road I like to check out the local casinos for business purposes, but I rarely play in them unless they have a lively poker room.
