Being a " survivor" of myocarditis i can attest that the virus does different degrees of damage to the heart wall. No doubt that is what caused the heart attack. Personally, when i get riled up real bad i get pains in my chest. Can't imagine doing a job like his and keeping your heart rate down.
Too bad as he was good YOUNG coach that did alot for Northwestern football.Sad
