Would you want to put an asterick next to his rushing title?

If Jabber took steriods, would you put the * next to his name?

every NFL athlete does HGH and/or some form of steroids,,,,

EVERY ONE!!,,,,

(exclusions: Kickers,,, (some still do) and QBs (some still do))

and thats a fact,,,,

why is it when any infraction takes place they immediately do blood test on the NFL players and they always FAIL!!! lolol well,,, they can only Announce it if they have failed Once before,,,

remember when Romanowski BLEW that idiots Eyeball outta his head? all 5 guys were tested in that incident(league policy) they all failed for HGH and/or steroids ,,,, lol

Thats one thing I never understood was the backlash on Baseball players and acceptance that Football players use performance enhancing drugs.

I wouldnt care because I am so numb to it at this point.

It's like watching violent movies. The first time you see a real violent movie it shocks you, it gets you thinking. About the 50th time, it does nothing for you. You don't even flinch, you don't think anything of it.

I have been very outspoken about steriods all along. But we have reached the stage where nothing is happening other than the media loves to talk about it. What have we have seen so far? A few slap on the wrist suspensions?

Ben Jhonson is probably the only athlete that ever suffered any real kind of reprecussion from using steriods and that was how long ago? 22 years?!

It's because of the mindset and how these sports built themselves up. Baseball built itself up as a gentleman's game, a game that proper men could play and root on. It's also called American's Pasttime, so more older folks care about it than football, with the older folks being the main ones complaining about this. Also, the MLB has handled this extremely poorly and have come off as inefficient and apathetic, providing further lambasting of their policies.

However, football has always been a violent game. It wasn't as popular in the early part of the century because it was considered a game for ruffians. Teddy Roosevelt even threatened banning it after I believe 25 college athletes died playing it in one year. It has always been seen as a very physical game and it's more expected to juice up there. Much like hockey and wrestling, people don't bat an eye when they find out that football players are using HGH.

This is a true statement. However, football has also had the rediculous response that they do drug testing. I still hear talking heads saying NFL players don't juice, they get tested.

I think a lot of this has to do with the press. Rob nailed it below, I've been numb to it for years now, to the point where I don't care if someone is juicing, because there is no way to stop it. My favorite sport to watch is football, and 95% of football players have or do still. How can I bang on baseball?
