Anybody run a "survivor" pool?

I'm the beginning stages of putting one together, hoping to get a bunch of players.

Any helpful info?

What % should I keep for my troubles?

Any possible legal ramifications?

Fair enough. I didn't know if it was standard practice to keep a cut or not.

If you're running one with people that have any kind of sense about them, the winners will kick you over something for your trouble. Then again, the number of people will determine the amount of trouble.
