Gorzelanny is a pitcher that no advanced scouts of really seen and certainly none of the batters have either. bonderman has been great of late but really pitching a bit over his head and his value shouldnt sit quite this high imo. the fact is these are two major league teams and anything could happen. i think Gorzelanny has the ability to hold Det to a hit an inning and he has good enough stuff to get the strike out if he needs it. the pirate bats seem to be coming around a but and a +346 value is too much for me to pass on in this battle of two very talented young starters. the detroit bats were silenced last night for the last 7 innings and i think tom G. has the ability to keep them in check for 6 innings or so and then the pirates BP really isnt that bad eventhough they had to be used last night a decent bit. certainly det should win, but i like that value given to us at +346 and sometimes books have to learn their lesson giving out lines like that.

I took my shot with Cinci -1.5 +230 thinking that I have a real good team at home and Lee may be good but the Reds will have something to say.

Anyway, Rock on Dude! It just seems that we got a bunch of opposite sides today. Not trying to bring anyone down as I often take wack sides, I was just surprised that we are so off today.

Ruff day yesterday but we`ll get em today. Friggen RL on Det. hurt. Oh well. What`s your thinking on Pitt.? I know this kid has a fairly decent ML rec`d but Det. is SOO hot right now. Of the 3 hot tms in peril tonite I really like the Brewers, Cap has been very good to me in the past. Twins best are lefties @ bat. Tempted to play the RL here. On NYY @ noon, small $$ tho. That Braves total is being hit by everybody & their bro! BOL my man hope you & yours have a great 5th on the 4th! You weren`t even born when I got married on that dt., biggest mistake of my life, except for Det RL! LOL

i think lots of people took bonderman ml today, i know a few have. it certaily is a play that seems like it should win....as i always say
favorites always look better, because they are better, thats why they're favored

yes that rl was terrible but watching Clev give up 9 runs in the last 2 innings to lose by one, well, that was as bad as it gets. unearned run blowing the rl blows as well. unearned runs really piss me off more than blown saves typically. tough way to lose. but i wouldnt change the way i capped either game, just didnt work out.
Tom Gorzelanny is a Sp that is making his first appearance but i think he will make a case to stay up for a few more starts after todays game is completed. its hard to tell with a guys first time through the league but typically the pitcher has the advantage the first time around and mi hoping thats the case today. Detroit certainly should win, but tis a good value play imo at +346.

Not that I play your plays but I look if not before I bet but at least after everyday at your plays, so I would never expect you to play my plays but I did notice that my top play besides Bonderman is the Phillies and you have no play there so I thought I'd recommend it. You have basically our best pitcher vs their worst.... -1.5 +173 at 5 dimes and surely +more at pinny and the +120 ml or so is so nice also. I do find that we have many plays in common though over the past few weeks.

Anyway I may be wrong as this is me capping my team, the Phillies, that I follow unfortunately.

Dubpoet, thanks for your thoughts on the philly game, i was leaning towards them but hadnt pulled the trigger on it. i would love for u or people to recommend plays and/or share thoughts on all the games. anything to help us all win is a bonus. philly, being your team, is something i will put even more stock in seeing as you kno them better than i do. people can try to follow each team but no one knows any team better than the biggests fans of those individual teams. I know that in baseball i am better able to wager on/against my fav team (baltimore) than i am in NCAAF or the NFL. I think the redskins will cover each week, lol...so thats pretty useless on my part. im gonna check out the phills and i may add them on.

Since when is Lidle the Phillies best pitcher? I sincerely hope this is a joke.... Don't mean to come off like an a-hole but just wondering what your reasoning behind that is.
