I'd be down if I make it out there(not sure yet)...and if you can rent clubs out there(definitely not trying to bring my own all the way out there). I'm sure dsethi would be down too. But contigent upon those two things.

I have to pass. There's something really, really dangerous sounding about a 6am tee time after the first "night" in Vegas.

I'm ducking this plane wreck!!

We do have rates for a few courses. I did look into it and they are really nothing special, pretty expensive.

Seriously, in mid-August it will be a minimum of 105 (that's even at 6 in the morning) and I think most Rx'ers will be up fairly late partying anways.
It hasn't really worked out well in the past bash weekends.

I will be glad to help if I can, don't hesitate to email me.

6 AM? Yeah, I'm gonna have to reconsider if it's THAT early...if a morbidly obese person like myself can deal with the heat, then surely you old people can too. Play in the early afternoon, noon or so.

Last Yr we played around 8:30 am, it was fine. Looking to play around the same time this Yr.
It's only 4 hrs in the heat in a cart with :drink: WTF :lolBIG:

Nothin like teeing off high noon in Vegas in summer when its 110+. Few people out there. Get a round done in no time. When Fish was a golfer did it all the time.

Being someone who use to live in Phoenix, we always played in the middle of the day. Heat was never an issue, we had carts and nice being done in 4 hours.

I might be up for a round if i make it out there.....very possibly a last minute decision depending on my whereabouts in August.

I was one of the hardcore 4 from last year! Count me in. It would be REAL nice if it was early and hopefully close.

3:30 p.m perfect tee time.

It was 110 here today, but only 7% humidity...we started at 345, a twosome, played 18 and were done at 6....it really wasn't too bad, of course we had plenty of liquid refreshments. You have the whole course to yourself at that time and temperature.

Well I cant play in the morning, only in the late afternoon. Let me know if that is OK so I can bring my clubs!

My plane arrives at 11:22am. I could be ready to play by 1:30 or so if you guys want to play!

No ***** excuses about the heat either!

If you do play you shouldn't be allowed to say a damn thing about the heat. People who live here probably hate nothing more than whiners complaining about how hot it is. If you don't like it, come back in November.

I hate golf, will only play if it advances my business or career interests, so I will pass on this one.

BUMP

I'm in anytime
Looks like Friday PM ( between 1-3 ) could be a go?
I think we could just meet in the Hotel lobby, and jump in a few cabs and hit any track they recommend close by? I cant see needing to make Tee Offs for a mid afternoon game, most places have a twilight special.
