I know if you follow steam you could get in some trouble and slow moving books.

What happens if you fade steam. Have been speaking to someone who thinks this is the way to go. He says steam loses. Has anyone tracked this, I know that steam is not doing well in bases this year

I fade steam all the time and win a lot.

Are you fading it because it is steam or you just happen to like the game and it is being steammed, having no effect on your play.

this may seem weird...but i've been following 2nd half steam in the WNBA and it always seems to lose

I like to fade the public from time to time and sometimes I just like the game.

I think we have a couple of different definitions of "steam" involved here.

An NFL game popping 20-30 cents at 8am est is steam to one person, where another is talking about very low volume(I'd have to think) WNBA 2nd halves.

I guess what I'm saying is there tends to be the sharp moves and public moves. Both are moves, but it can't take a whole lot to move a WNBA 2nd H.

No shortcuts in winning.

sorry I disagree, there are plenty of shortcuts to winning, just need to know where to look and how to behave. I can look at somthing for 5 minutes and be much more consistent then someone who studies stats and trends for hours a day. I call them shortcuts becuase once understood it is so clear, however to 99% of bettors out there the shortcuts they think they find are just cuts. Obviously in the end you will be correct, you want to do really well, you need to put in the effort, but more and more the effort is not what counts, it is the info you recieve.

There is only a handul, less than 20 in my opinion, that really cause the Don Best screen to turn black. Fade those guys and you will go broke. If they lay 4 and you lay 4 or 4.5 you should win. But what happens is they lay 4, the followers lay 4.5, 5, 5.5 and maybe even 6. Now if someone comes in and takes the 5's and above he has tremendous value and has a great shot of winning.

The other problem with steam is the false moves. Billy Walters will make a bet to turn the screen black, followers steam the line from 4 to 6 when the whole time he wanted the dog. Once the line moves to 6 he will bet + 6 for 10 times what he laid the 4.

There is no easy way to earn at sportsbetting especially the American sports and just subscribing to Don Best and watching line moves is not the key to the vault.
