I think Mauer would of caught Rodriguez with a few more days of voting

Jason Bay is a surprise in the NL outfield over Junior Griffey...In terms of winning the fan vote of popularity that was unexpected.

Also, with the game being in Pittsburgh maybe that had something to do with it...looking at all the votes, Pirate players were high in the voting..Sean Casey more votes than Ryan Howard???? Get real.

At least Bonds was not voted in by the fans. In years past, he could have been on the DL or missed a significant amount of time and still won the fans vote....gee, do you think the roid scandal had anything to do with it???

How did COCO CRISP receive more votes than TROT NIXON?

I'm shocked Bay could win this popularity contest.

Pittsburgh P.A. probably reminded its fans nightly to vote for Bay.

Papi over Giambi at first..Yank fans will argue he is a DH, and Giambi plays both the field and hits.I guess he has to play somewhere though.

Now that the fan vote is in, the talk will now shift to "who got snubbed."

Hey Journey, do Baltimore fans still hold a deep hatred for Cito Gaston for not pitching Moose back in 1993?

Mark Redman probably screwed Liriano out of a spot b/c each team has to have one rep and he's the Royals.
