the goal is set at winning 20 units for the month with 1 unit wagers and a few 2 unit wagers in the mix...

yesterday was a disaster and i hold myself accountable for the losses. in baseball there isnt much time to worry about a bad day or celebrate a good one....just get back out there and do your best the next day. had this been my first year of wagering i would be a bit more temperamental but ive done this for years and know what works and what doesnt, for the most part. been tracked, been followed, and done well. but days like yesterday are still tough to swallow....i was a bum, the worst, a POS....comes with the territory

ii was waiting for pinny to come back before i posted on this game...i wanted to see their lines as they have overvalued Duke in times past as they undervalue bedard still. pinny was down for a while.
now that i see the lines, tho i want to see if delgado is playing (he sits vs lefties often), but zach duke has simply been terrible in his last few outings and i expect the mets to come close to covering this very low total of 9 runs on their own. my system play will have each tt over and then the game total over. glavine hasnt been great his last few outings but hes been ok and hes had a very good year. the mets are in need of a win and that should play into the hands of glavine who, as most aces do, usually steps up when his team is most in need of a win.
i think the mets rl +101 is a great value eventho the rl on the home team can be a concern...
but when the game total is 10 or more listed by the lines makers or i value the game total at 10+ i typically worry less about not playing rl

looking like a bit of an odd day...

-need the pitt TT o 3.5, they have 11 hits in 5 innings and arnet over.
-need the game tt over 9 and there are 19 hits in 5 innings and its not over
-jose reyes was just on third with 0 outs and did not score, reyes could score on a slow grounder...
-nats pull patterson out of the game after only 67 pitches.

nothing too bad, just not typical. 19 hits in 5 innings can net ya 14 runs on some occasions. lots of time, tons of baseball left, wonderful day outside and a great great great day to be with the family and enjoy some bases.

I hope mark prior wakes up with a snapping turtle in his ass. he has adam everett (.237) 0-2 and he walks him.

at the same time, the mets leave a runner on third for the third inning in a row. not that the rl should have won, but it would make up a bit for the cubs
