Is there a free 800 # to call for scores???

Does anyone know of a phone number a person to call for sports scores that is free?

This would work great for a degenerate like me when there isn't a TV around.

be careful some of these will spam the phone u used to call to death with touts and salesmen...that's a FACT about slot of free score phones...

Scores and odds is the

most reliable in my book,
for lines as well as scores,
it's not 800 you have to use the # close to you but you won't get scammed
there are also a few waps out there now.

i guess people still use numbers for scores update but what i use when away is 1ktv on my cell phone about 10.00 a month and you can beat it for news and live updates...ck

use this one quite frequently as well! The best is when you say "Ohio St" and the person says..Idaho State...and then you get pissed off and say OHIO STATE!!! much louder, start cussing them, etc...and then you hear someone else using it and they do the exact same thing!

Yes, it's all voice recognition technology and has a few bugs in it. It's funny though, you can say R-Kansas instead of Arkansas and it works !

Don't say Ohio St., say the other team. Besides when you say college football, they automatically give the top 25, think that would cover the Buckeyes.

that was just an example...they screw up a call 33% of the time when you call in.

I know what you mean, but it is a pretty good scorephone.

Score Phone

I tried using the tell numbe rthe other day and it was not working. Today i tried and it was giving scores from Wed. Have had better luck with the other numbers listed.That is correct about the call backs from touts

Thanks for the replies. I put the 555 - tell number into my phone. Now I can "sneak" away and check scores.
