its just asking to be hurt or worse. the thrill can not be worth the danger or death involved. like riding a motorcycle without a helmet. why put yourself in harms way? i just dont get it.

Long standing tradition can build excitement.

Same reason I will take the Lions on TG in 4 months and wonder why the hell did I do that.

The adrenaline rush. I've gone skydiving, and hope to run with the bulls someday.

Exactly what I was going to say. The fear of death just makes some people feel more alive.

skydiving is a controlled and well planned out activity and saftey measures are in place. running with bulls is not.

I did it once about 10 years ago, when they brought it to America. Nice adrenaline rush.

Because if you were running down the street one day and saw a whole herd of bulls coming your way, something bad happened behind them so you better turn and try to run with them. :lolBIG:

Whether it's the rush of a gambling win, or the rush of skydiving - it all reminds of me of something my dad used to say when we were kids and we'd go to the track to see his horse run (actually owned 1/3). He never bet more than $2 a race - but when asked would say "What is life without a little action?"

Skydiving was probably my biggest adrenaline rush ever. Running of the bulls is something I'd be willing to try some day given the right circumstances.

How many people actually die each year running with the bulls? Not very many and when they do it's only the retards.

If a person can do this successfully it gives them great satisfaction that they attempted something dangerous in life and survive.

They asked me to run when Jordan was still around but I said no thanks, he always got pissed when I blocked his shots.
