Ok where you are watching the selected youtube video. On the left hand side they'll be a box called about the video where it has a description of the video, meta tags for search purposes, a URL link and under that there is an embed line of code. Copy and paste that entire line of code and just paste it into the post.

firefox has a nice plugin to download those videos to your computer, go to get extensions and look for it

You need the rest of the story. The guy was there for a job interview and had a name similar to the "expert" guest. Well they came looking for the expert and this guy thought they were looking for him for his interview. He did a pretty good job being put on the spot like that.

The original look on his face when he realized what happened is classic.
