I have heard some bad things about this sportsbook so I thought i would relay my experience with them. As some of you might remember ,I had a 20,000 dollar future bet on the hurricanes through a "big name" sportsbook this nhl playoffs. The sportsbook was betwwts.com. I made a 333 dollar bet at 60-1 back in october. When the bet won I was a alittle concerned about being slowpayed and such considering this is the only bet I had ever made at this sportsbook. I actually opened up an account just to make this wager. When I won I requested a 5,000 dollar (the maximum amount) withdrawal to my neteller account. I was paid in one day. The following day I requested another 5,000 dollar withdrawal. I was again paid in one day. I was not hassled, not asked for further id, and not slowpayed. I bet a few baseball games with them to give them some action and withdrew the rest of the money. I had absolutely zero problems and couldn't be any happier with my experience with them. Just thought I let others know that were considering playing there and had heard some bad things, not to worry. THEY ARE A TOP-NOTCH BOOK!

The first offshore book I did business with was wwts. They make the offshore industry look classy.

Always have told people that WWTS is a class act and a place to play.

They are one of the few who actually send affiliates their balances monthly without request. There are about 5 or 6 books that do this.

They are remarkably efficient - love the book.

I cashed in a 60/1 there myself on Carolina. plan on keeping it in for football season. I'm ready to go at WTTS, Skybook, Jamaica, Pinny,Millenium, Cascade and Carib. the rest I will have to reup to some degree.

I like their sister book CYBER too.

WWTS has been a rock solid out for years.

The customer service is as bad as it gets.

If you ever have a situation for which you need a cs response, good luck.
Be prepared to put in weeks or months trying to get an answer.

No opinion on payouts nor stability.

Lots of passing the buck at times I noticed too. If you speak to someone at this book or another book always ask for their name so you have someone to hold accountable.

And so it goes......

SHACK - "Lots of passing the buck at times I noticed too. If you speak to someone at this book or another book always ask for their name so you have someone to hold accountable."

This clarifies the bulk of what I was referring to by the bad cs.

'Sorry, I need to speak to X, who is off today. But I'll definitely call you tomorrow with the answer.'

In my experience, over several cases, get ready for literally weeks and/or months of trying to get an answer.

Anyone wanting more info on specifics can try searching at MW - there was a thread a few months ago with numerous examples from many people.<!-- / message -->

WWTS has a well deserved rep for horrible cs.

I'm not referring to calling to place a bet - although in the past I've had it ring for more than 5 minutes at non-peak periods - nor calling for a withdrawal.
Anything more complex than these basics, and you're in for a nightmare.
