Hello newton0038,

These hand histories are provided to you as an aid for your training and development. You are not permitted to share them with anyone. We reserve the right to cease providing them or apply further restrictions at any time.

Complete hand histories are only available to players that participated in the hand.

Whats anyones take on this statement. It appears at the top of your HH when they send it to you after a tourney. Who the fuck are they to say I can't print MY HH in the New York Times if I so choose?
These sites are starting to get out of hand with some of their new "rules" and their approach to fair play onlyu AFTER someone complains or they think they getting:hump: .

Party isn't trying to keep you from utilizing the data you gather while playing,

There is at least one company that farms Party games, builds profiles on players, and then sells subscriptions. I'm not talking about Pokertracker here, of course...that's completely legal. Party has specifically outlawed the sharing of histories as part of their policy of outlawing any kind of for-profit datamining apps. They don't care if you use your histories, even if you post a few every now and then to get advice, they just don't want anybody making a profit selling data.

I'm with Party on this. I don't mind if you (my opponents at the table) collect data on me while we're playing, because I'm doing the same thing to you, but I don't want my opponents to be able to subscribe to a detailed history of my play.
