Alright, so HR4411 has passed the House, now it goes to the Senate. First of all, there are no guarantees that it passes, but we should have a battle plan incase it does.

What I think we should do if it does indeed become law is file a federal lawsuit ordering a stay of execution and eventually overturning it as unconstitutional. It only costs $300 to file a federal lawsuit, and I’m sure that this board’s sponsors, owners, sponsors, posters, sponsors, and other forums would be more than willing to help pay for the costs of lawyers.
