It is the show SUPER SWEET 16! Well it was actually a party for 2 sisters, one 18 and one 16. They live down the street and our family were invited. This is sort of a weird party for MTV standards, only 1/2 of the guests were actually kids!

Well these kids are not that popular. Well you will see why, they are of Indian decent in a town with MAYBE .5% Indian. Then they dont go to the local High School of course, yet they go to a private one 2o miles away! But the party was crazy. They had an elephant at the party. I didnt know that this was on MTV tonight. They were supposed to show it in the fall as these girls are in INDIA all summer.

But if you want to see money go up in smoke, then watch this party!!

Not sure if they will show this, but they received over $6000 in cash at the party and IMMEDIATELY sent that money to a charity in India. So at least they did something right.

Well the parents invited over 100 of their friends as well. Only maybe 125 kids younger than 19 are at the party

This is just a guess, but i think that the party cost around $600,000 including the presents for the girls. Not sure where the elephant came from since there are no ZOOS for over 100 miles away.

Well DANTE, lots of adults were invited as well. Friends of the family were invited

you shouldnt have admitted that man. MTV is crap kiddie channel, and that show is the worst of all. Plus, hanging around with 16 year olds just isnt something to admit.

me and fisshead spent thousands on the mini bowl bash party 2 years ago in Orlando for LSU-IOWA game. Poster Illini won the $10,000 cash giveaway.

DR03, havent you ever been a birthday party before when you were invited by the parents?? I am 35 years old. The party was also so the parents could invite guests as well.

I of course really did not know the girls, just their father. If you saw the birthday girls, then you would see that no one around here would go to a party to see them.

But this was a pretty big party for around here. It may pale in comparison to parties in California or New York, but this was big for our town

The last time I watched mtv was for the real world when everybody was in Las Vegas at the Palms I think. That season was pretty intense...
