....can anybody PLEASE tell me where did this come from? I'm 99.999999% sure it has NEVER been mentionned in any law and it could not happen with the current legislation, So, why have people started mentioning it every time the gambling bill is put into question? Where did it start from? Is there a DOCUMENT(not a loud mouth article, but an actual document) actually asking for this kind of thing?
Thanks to anybody who could enlighten me on this.

I believe the Italian government did this in Italy, only allowing a few select sites to operate while banning everyone else. Search "Italy ISP gambling ban"

good point, this is not happening ANYWHERE to my knowledge in the US currently, including stuff like Kiddie porn, so it sure as hell won't be happening for pinnacle sports, ETC!

Italy has different laws. The number of Italians playing online has not dropped even 1%, IMO. I still see no reason for people to think this has anything to do with the GL bill.

I am trying to find the bill passed by Washington State, pretty sure you will find active internet blocking there
