Still trying to get back into the swing of things. The All-Star break was rough on me. I ended up hammered basically from Sunday afternoon until late last night. The only time I wasn't was when I was sleeping. Mon, Tues and Weds. were basically throwouts. I did okay in the casino, basically paid for the trip.

Now I'm back and it's only 362 days til the sports world comes to another screeching halt, hahaha....

Lose a peanut Sunday. Now 194-226-7 and down 1371 on posted plays...

Rolling with Duckworth and the Royals tonight just because this price is ridiculous. Kansas City has won 13 of its last 20 games, as an underdog in nearly all of them. Since Duckworth was acquired from Pittsburgh on June 11, Kansas City has won four of his five outings. He has allowed three runs or less in three of those starts. Bonderman has been pitching pretty well but only has two wins in his last five starts. If the Royals can get to him early, their chances of winning go up trememdously. It's baseball and they have to play the game so I took the price.

THe play: Kansas City plus 270 - 400 to win 1080

Rolling with Oakland again tonight in a game that is also priced ridiculously high. Lester is 4-0 but has looked shaky at times. He certainly doesn't deserve to be this big of a favorite against Oakland. Loaiza is 3-2 lifetime against Boston and should give the Athletics a chance to compete tonight.

The play: Oakland plus 185 - 400 to win 740

Was looking at Padilla and Tejas, and the D-Train, but settled on those two dogs for now...

GL all...
