What the hell is going on in the Astros Marlins game..20 mins ON-FIELD delay

The game was delayed in the bottom of the 2nd inning due to an illness sustained by Home Plate umpire Rick Reed.

out of all the games, this game has an umpire have an illness that takes 30+ mins?!?!?!!!

I was flipping through the baseball package on TV...the behind the plate ump had a blood vessel in his nose break open or something. They couldn't stop the bleeding. They were trying to fix him up so they don't have to get someone else suited up for behind the plate and be down to 3 umps.
