I deleted it for the time being since there are a lot of things hinting at the site being a fraud\scam\ID theft mechanism.

Better safe than sorry...I'm researching it now.

BIG RED FLAG went up when they took all of my credit card info, including the security code, and then asked me to send a bank transfer. Wow - how easy!
Canceled my credit card and did business elsewhere through a brand name reliable web site.

Don't bother calling the number for Robert Obear below - it belongs to another one of his victims.

I read somewhere to stay away from sites that end with .net - sounds like good advice.

DON'T CALL THE NUMBER BELOW. Looks like they registered it to an unsuspecting family...

Permission to come aboard. Yep, I did it too. TicketSaver.net is a scam. I got taken for $477.

I tried to stop payment through my bank and they said no since I authorized it. They told me that the $$ went to Western Union. WU stopped the transaction (destined for Bulgaria). Just maybe we did it in time.
I have filed with IC3 and FTC at the following links:
FTC - https://www.econsumer.gov/pls/econsumer/wimsnery2$com.main?p_lang_seq=1
IC3 - http://www.ic3.gov/
Thanks to all, especially Tina & Elle for the links.

oh no i feel like the worlds biggest dork....should have done my research. i think i might just have lost 500 bucks to ticketsaver.net, my 'eticket' is supposedly going to be sent to me in a few hours (for the third time). i will file a complaint with the ic3.gov site, and any other place i find to report this. does anyone know if i have any real legal recourse? or am i just plain out of luck? man i'm angry, but glad to see that perhaps others will be forewarned.

Cancel the cards and\or let the bank know that the airfare charge is a fraud. They'll want to forward that info to the FBI.

This is a fraud-LET YOUR CC Company know NOW!

WOW TT, great work!!!
I was just looking at their prices (even though Coops already bought the tickets) just to see the savings. Was going to add it to my favorites because of the great prices....

I paid more than that for my tickets. I thought some posters could save a few bucks. Thanks to ttinco for doing some research on it. It was listed on the las vegas advisor by one of the posters there who said her boss had used it. In the past couple of hours it has raised red flags there too.

5,000th post....

I feel like a dirty stripper on Duke's campus as they got to my account before I put the hold on last night!! Just called them up to cancel and see if any charges made in past 24 hrs. He said just looks like the $253 Western Union last night!! BASTARDS!! Atleast it was only that amount as they could've wiped out my entire checking account balance easily as this was a debit/check card. Very slick scam they have going on there...can't believe the website has survived...from what i read, looks like people have been scammed there for atleast a year. I was stupid enough to trust someone posting on this site as thinking that is where they bought ticket or had in past and didn't do my homework til 5 minutes after purchasing. It's a pretty well run site...have same flight times/numbers etc. I was tipped off and came back here to get some people llooking into it after they sent me a complete joke of an email. too late at that point though. i guess i'm part of the hundreds and hundreds of thousands that have been ripped off by online scammers/identity thieves/etc. Wonder what the lost $$$ per year is on things like this! Fukcing Nigerian bastards.:drink:

Just got home. Mr. Boss was aghast!! He had to fess up that he had nevery actually used them.

Man, I was sooooo close to changing a SW trip that I could get for about $140 cheaper.

I love this site. There is always somebody who knows something about everything!!

Thanks, 123.

This poster said her boss swore by this site, now she says he has admitted to never using it.

I have picked up alot of useful information from this site but as always, buyer beware. I did not mean to mislead anyone.
