I wouldnt but it absolutely sucks cooking for 1 person. I spend more $ and have way too much leftovers.

agree ...

i have been buying the lean cuisine's alot lately .

i have a small side salad and any one of a number of them i like.

stouffers makes a nice little micro dinner too...

i eat them because they are quick . it is a total waste of time for me to be in the kitchen trying to prepare a meal that isnt going to taste very good anyway.

4 minutes , the bell goes off and its time to eat for me...

Try Smart One's (Weight Watchers) 3-cheese macaroni. One of the best mac-and-chz I have ever had, including stovetop brands. Alot healthier too.
Won't fill you up for dinner but it does me just fine as a light lunch.

This one works especially when you're drunk-

Quantum Leap's quesadillas:
-Put one tortilla on a paper plate.
-Cover it with the shredded cheese of your choice.
-Cover the cheese with another tortilla.
-Microwave until cheese has melted.
-Cut into slices.
-Pour salsa over it or eat it just like that.

Another favorite of mine is Trader Joe's French Onion Soup. It's better cooked in the oven but if you want something real good in 5 minutes put that in the microwave. It's almost restaurant quality.

It might be more expensive and more leftovers to cook, but at least it's healthy.

The best one I have liked lately is Hungry Man Rotissere Chicken. A reasonably healthy and good-tasting meal. Pretty filling also.

Just because you cook it yourself, doesn't make it healthy.

Stouffer's lasagna is MONEY in the microwave.
there's no point to making it from scratch or any other way any more.
