as i stated here before and across the street this morning, i think you are a good guy with good character and that is, by far, the most important thing no matter what anyone is doing. you are very passionate about your plays....tells me they mean a lot to you, you are competitive, and you know others are following which can add some preasure.

hope to see you ++$$$ by years end and i believe we will

Why dont you check the tracker forum from the past.

Im up over 100 units in baseball in the last 1.5 years even counting this years mess.

Whats more important? Longterm or shortterm?

My goal for the end of the year is to finish +1 or better. Not too late for a winning year. Good luck.

i havent been around here long enough to determine who is good on this site. short term you can really determine who is bad and then there are those you can tell know what they are doing. i believe "jman" is down but i can tell he knows the game. i know many here aparently thought or think "bucsfan" is very good and he hasnt shown much though hes been adding prop plays now, looking to spark his season perhaps, but i think many respect his capping and hes been down. if chop was ever up 100 units for a season, that speaks volumes, i dont like to see a guy give up if hes been doing this for a long time, i mean we All go thru tough times that dont seem as if they will end, but he seems as if he is back. sometimes a break is good, but not throwing in the towl, imo. i know that if you dont believe you are good, you arent good. chop believes he is good and this season seems to have humbled him a bit from what i have heard. i did not know him prior to this season and i have not seen any records. i havent seen much of what hes done this year ....all i heard on the other site was that he was gettting killed and he quit. first thread i read here was him having to defend himself from his in game rants which i, obviously, can relate to. he gets more respect from me (not that he cares) but by listing that he is down 50 units and keeping at it then by telling me he won 100 in years past. if he tells me he has won for 8 years, i will believe him...im gonna be seeing what he does from here out and im sure we will get the chance to talk on some games. he seems to have a true passion for the game, thats not real common but its great for the site i think.

if chop is good? i dont know...if he is bad? i would say no. there are some i would say are bad, not chop.

form this site i hear tomorrows newspaper is good, i see CC is good, jman i have heard has had nice seasons, chop i heard has had success, poker seems on point...thats about all i am trully familiar with here.

also, i know that this season, alone, doesnt determine a cappers value in a sport.

Its funny how not one person questioned me last season about my past. Its amazing how 2 bad months can change people.

Not worried about any of that. Just trying to get it back one day at a time.

Go GMEN

Come on Chop, you have almost 10,000 post here. You know people will turn on you after a losing weekend let alone two months.

Kepp grinding, keep doing what you do. I like the goal of +1. Best of luck.

I feel choptalk is a standup guy, up over 2 dimes in spring training that is not calculated in his record. I think he got off track early on and it snowballed, with the "i will grind it out" attitude i believe he will end the season in the +money column. Let's not forget with the departure of Bucs i feel chop really wanted to step up and fill that void, then he got some bad brakes and had to defend every post. If he posted they talked shit if he didn't post they talked shit, what's a guy to do? He vents in his own thread and people still talk shit, i don't get it but i try not to do anything but encourage guys because i know how difficult this thing we all do really is. just my thoughts not that they are worth anything.

I am fully done for the season. I will not be back in a week, month or after the all-star break, other than some paper bets for my buddy KRUSER for his contest. Please dont take those plays seriously.

Of course it's your prerogative to return and I wish you the best of luck the rest of the season, but you essentially wasted a lot of peoples' time with that whole going-away thread and whatnot.

Also, congrats on your run in the contest...sucks that they were paper bets, but hopefully your string of success will continue. Good luck man.
