With constantly changing lines over a weeks period of time in FOOTS, I thought betting both sides was part of gambling in general??????

scalping is a part of the game, books dont like it, if you play large enough some take action. some books have profiles on your wagering.

if you had enough money to make scalping worthwhile in baseball, you could win each night. some lines are gonna move 25cents or more and they arent that hard to find early

Both sides would have to be just that both sides generally for a middle or a scalp. Some books don't like it at all, others are fine with it. It should never be possible at the same book in real time.
