I just cant see the DOGS winning any of these games tonight.
Diamondbacks just hitting the ball much better lately.
Smoltz has given up 5 runs in his last 21 innings. Park has given up 11 in his last 20. Braves are averaging 6+ runs in their last 10 games vs. 2+ for the Padres.
Angels Santana has been on fire of late. Forget about that game when he gave up 6 in 6 innings against Mariners because Angel bats had him covered. In four of his last 5 starts, he has yeilded two runs or less. On the other hand, Shields has allowed 15 runs in his last 21 innings pitched. Look for Angels to jump on him early and often.
Anyone, not as fancy of a write-up as some of the posters in here, but good enough to make me play them tonight.
